Art Fail - Reusing the panel

Ben Dunn had something of a reputation of being lazy, unimaginative and unoriginal, as well as copying artwork. In fact, he even was supposedly known for copying his own art. But is that reputation justified? Well, let's just take a look at some panels from Warrior Nun Areala versus Razor and see.

Her intense stare means that she's intense
Okay, so it is copying the same panel three times. But it's using different bits of the same panel to dramatic effect, so that has to count for something, right? It's not like they're just copypasting the same panel three times for the sake of it...
Her facial expression is less 'menacing' as it is 'bored'
Well, at least it's not that he's using the same panel twice in a row, I guess...
Truth is that tends to just look derp-faced fill stop
Well it is a guest character, and I suppose that Dunn didn't have much experience drawing them. But he'd never be so cheap and lazy as to do that with his own flagship character, right?

...maybe?
